The evening will include a presentation by Will Quale on the history of the Montague Grange, a community potluck and Contra Dance.

This event is part of a year of Food Farms and Factories programming,in collaboration with Turners Falls RiverCulture, Montague Libraries, the Montague Common Hall, and Great Falls Discovery Center. This year-long exploration of Food, Farms, and Factories is made possible by Mass Humanities. Programming in 2024 is an extension of our 2023 Crossroads: Change in Rural America exhibits and programming supported by the Smithsonian’s Museum on Main Street, a collaboration with State Humanities Councils nationwide. Funding from Mass Humanities has been provided through the Massachusetts Cultural Council (MCC) and the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH).
