I am excited to offer a new gentle morning Yoga class: Yoga for Strength and Stress Relief. We begin next week, on November 8th at the Montague Common Hall.
Thursdays 9:15 - 10:30 AM
This class will benefit complete beginners and advancing yogis alike. We will focus on building core strength, as well as on unwinding physical and mental tension and overwhelm. No experience or equipment necessary.

Since this is a new class and will run on a trial basis, by buying a bundle of classes, you can show your commitment and ensure longevity of the class. The bundles will work for both the Thursday AM and for the Tuesday 5:30PM Flow classes (as well as for Saturday classes in Amherst). If you already purchased classes - they will work for this one.
