This class combines strength-building Pilates style exercises with alignment-focused yoga flow. Continuous practice will help build core strength, balance and confidence. The yoga/Pilates mat work offers a strengthening workout for all levels, while gentle yoga sequences and breath work are a great point to start with (or re-visit) before continuing with a multi-level Power Vinyasa Flow yoga class. And, you won’t miss out on meditation and relaxation! No experience in yoga or Pilates is necessary.
