Vinyasa style of Yoga aligns each movement with breath and links all postures in a smoothly orchestrated continuous flow. An empowering and rejuvenating experience, with modifications and hands-on adjustments for all levels. Detailed instructions and plenty of variations offered for different abilities help create a safe and supportive environment in which all participants will make progress. Students are able to relax completely, turn inward, and rejuvenate from inside out. Through a continuous practice of familiar sequences and routines, you will gain strength, increase vitality, and cultivate serenity. Enjoy the journey through breathing exercises, meditation, energizing posture sequences, and deep relaxation! This is a mixed level class. Some prior yoga experience will benefit but is not necessary.
