Thursday morning Gentle Yoga classes resume TOMORROW! These gentle Yoga classes are suitable for all levels. Inspired by Ayurveda, class themes change with the seasons to help us attune to the natural rhythms and optimize our health. The class offers a nice blend of gentle Yoga poses with low impact core strengthening exercises. Throughout the class we practice breathing and mindfulness techniques helpful in maintaining a calm focus and in improving emotional well-being. Efficiently addressing the whole body, with continuous practice, you will increase flexibility and core strength, learn injury prevention, and see an improvement in balance, posture, and overall energy!
