This is a well-rounded 10-class series, offering a mellow, meditative flow of postures that help gently unwind and tune-up the whole body. Each session will have a special focus on a different area of the body, offering essential yogic tools and take-away materials that will help you release tension and build strength in areas that most commonly need attention - making your body feel whole.
