Needing to recharge your batteries? Join us on the journey through breathing exercises, meditation, energizing posture sequences, and deep relaxation! This is a mixed level class. Some prior yoga experience will benefit but is not necessary.
Vinyasa style of Yoga aligns each movement with breath and links all postures in a smoothly orchestrated continuous flow. An empowering and rejuvenating experience, with modifications and hands-on adjustments for all levels. Detailed instructions and plenty of variations offered for different abilities help create a safe and supportive environment in which all participants will make progress. Students are able to relax completely, turn inward, and rejuvenate from inside out. Through a continuous practice of familiar sequences and routines, you will gain strength, increase vitality, and cultivate serenity.
