Old Time Music Concert

In concert: Alan Jabbour, legendary old time fiddler, story-teller, researcher, and longtime administrator in the National Endowment for the Arts and Library of Congress returns to Montague Center with his stalwart partner, virtuoso melodic clawhammer banjo player Ken Perlman. Both are internationally known teachers and authors as well as great players.
This will be a special evening of great tunes and wonderful stories about them.
Local fiddler David Kaynor presents a short welcoming set of tunes from local repertoire starting at 7:00 PM. Doors open at 6:30 PM.
Dessert/snack items (cookies, pies, brownies, etc.) to contribute to the Friends of the Common Hall’s fundraising bake sale during intermission would be welcome!
